• Registration + Work Submission 1: Mar 15th – Apr 28th
• Evaluation: Apr 29th – May 3rd
• Semifinalists Announcement: May 6th
• Work Submission 2: May 6th – 12th
• Evaluation 2: May 13th – 17th
• Finalists Announcement: May 20th
• Technical Meeting: May 27th
• Demonstration Video + PPT Submission: June 5th – 7th
• Finals (Presentation): June 12th – 13th
